He was predeceased by: his parents, H. B. Lee, Jr. and Bessie Brown Lee; and his sister Robin McCranie. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee; his children, Chonda Shupe (Ronnie) and James Lee; his brother Eddie Lee (Beth); his grandchildren, Thomas Lee, Christa Grubb (Cain), Ciara Johnson (Darrick), Cooper Shupe, Ahna Shupe and Uziah Shupe; his great grandchild Darrick "Trey" Johnson, III; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
