He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd C. Fontaine and Iris Hailey Fontaine; his siblings, Lyvonnia Dillard, Alfred Fontaine and Samuel Fontaine; and his nephew Samuel Fontaine II.
He is survived by: his son Sean Fontaine (Lexi) of Hampton, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Maury Fontaine of Waldorf, MD, Andre Fontaine (Carolyn) of Basehor, KS, Troy Fontaine of Washington, D. C., Lyvonnia Fontaine of Brandywine, MD and Geri Fontaine of Waldorf, MD. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews, one great great niece; and a host of other relatives and friends.
