She was predeceased by: her grandmother Irene Cassada; and her aunt Doris Cox. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Jerrell, Michael Jerrell of Burlington, Maria Perkins of Eden and Adrian Agundiz (Marjelia Gomez) of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Hadley Ruth Grace Jerrell, Selena Perkins, Carmela Gonzales, Jesus Perkins, Rosalynda Garcia, Adam Agundiz, Abraham Agundiz and Fernando Garcia; her brother Tim Cassada (Helen) of Reidsville; and her close friends, Jimmie Lynn Peele, Rebecca Johnson, Lisa Jerrell Dodson, Patricia Swink and Sandra McCollum.
