Rebecca Pender Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2010, Rebecca Pender Carter (Ridgeway, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Marshall Pender and Willie Lou Duncan Pender; her husband Harry Lee Carter; and her siblings, Phillip Marshall Pender, Constance Pender Buck, Marie Pender Willard and Eliza Pender Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Cecile Carter and Bruce Carter (Anita) of Axton, VA; her grandson Dakota Haines Carter; her sisters, Norma Pender Parker of Eden and Azile Pender Lemons of Reidsville; and her cousin Mary Donaho Neal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
