He is survived by: his wife Joan Heffinger Scott; his daughter Kelly Harger (Rob); his grandsons, Graham, Will, Andrew and Matthew Harger of Oak Ridge; his children, Kim Shropshire (Bobby) and Kenny Scott; his sister Frances Scott of High Point; his stepson Rocky Turner (Gail); his stepgrandchildren, Clark Turner and Leigh Wallace; his stepdaughter Susan Kasten (Roy); his stepgrandson Josh; his stepson Payton (Angie Turner); and his stepgrandchild Brielle.
