With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Carter O'Dell (Ridgeway, Virginia), born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Carter and Ruby Gibson Roberts (James Roberts). She is survived by: her husband Sandy; her granddaughters, Olivia, Sophia and Evangeline; her sister Shirley Volk; her nieces and nephews, Glenda Bryant and Richie Volk; and also, Wendy, John DiNonno, Jeff, Amy O'Dell and Virda.
