It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Michael Scott of Ridgeway, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Grover Robert "Bill" Scott; and his brothers, Wayne, Timmy and Oscar Scott. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Harris, Michael Scott and Kevin Nelson; and his siblings, Lynn Shough, Carol Harris (Randy), Cathy Brooks and Freddie Scott (Lori). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
