He was predeceased by: his parents, Holis Moon and Geneva Iris Moon. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kellam Moon; and his sons, Paul Moon Jr., Otis A. Kellam and Victor K. Kellam. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
