He is survived by: his wife Bernice Preston Millner; and his children, Kimberly Preston-Scales (Derek), Marvin L. Millner, Troy W. Millner, Shiryl Seay-Gravely (Bishop Joe Gravely), Thelma Hairston (Sebastian) and Carolene Marshall (Keith). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
