He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee Lemons and Estelle Bullins Lemons. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schultz Lemons; his children, Megan Schumann (Trenton), Emily G. Lemons and Richard Lemons; and his granddaughter Ariana Schumann.
