He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willis Booth, Charlie Roach and Clara Roach Huff; and his parents-in-law, Doris P. Carpenter and Buck B. Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Carpenter Booth; his children, Drake Booth and Blair Booth; his parents, Carl Booth, Sr. and Jean Booth; his siblings, Carl Booth, Jr. (Carolyn), Julia Booth Berry (Bill) of Gainsville, FL and Vicki Booth Webb (John) of Mooresville; his nieces and nephews, Britni Booth, Carla Jo Booth, Amanda Berry, Chris Stanley, Ryan Fanant, Willis Booth and Kenny; and also, James Booth, Evon James, Ronnie Booth, Dot Booth Bush and Gracie Turner.
