She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Muscatello and Maude Muscatello (King); her former husbands, Henry Williams of Stuart and Clifton Barrow of Draper; her stepson Tony Seay of Martinsville; her grandsons, Tracy Waddell, Christopher Williams and Wayne Williams; and her sister Rosemary Giamportone.

She is survived by: her husband Toney Seay of Ridgeway; her children, Kay Barbour (Donald) of Fieldale, Henry Williams (Regina) of Ridgeway, Carol Jewell (Charles) of San Antonio, Terry Laliberte of Durham and Clifton; her daughter-in-law Judy Williams of Ridgeway; her stepdaughters, Patsy Jordon of Chesterfield and Donna Vance (John) of Crewe; her sons, Michael, Robert Williams (Audrey) of Bassett, Richard, Jeffrey and Andrew Tyler Williams; her brothers, James "Jim" Muscatello and Phillip "Pete" Muscatello; and her close friend Virginia Handy of Ridgeway. She is also survived by her family, church family, friends and neighbors.
