He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. Hoyt Blakely and Willie Mae Garrett Blakely; his wife Bobbie Campbell Blakely; his children, Carol Blakely (Steve Pagano) of Pine Level, Vicki Blakely of Greensboro and Jones H. Blakely III (Noelle) of Wilmington; his granddaughters, Sara and Ava Blakely of Pinehurst; and his stepgrandchildren, Rocco and Jenna Salerno of Wilmington.
