He is survived by: his wife Angela Reynolds Spencer; his sons, Timothy Spencer (Julia Naill), Chad Spencer (Amber), Marcus Spencer and Nicholas Spencer; his grandchildren, Amira and Cayson; and his siblings, Daniel Richard Spencer, Jr., Joseph Spencer (Patty Ann), Ronald Spencer (Stephanie), Karen Spencer, Melva Ellis and Verna Smith.
