He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Wyatt, Sr. and Mabel Smith Wyatt; his children, Elizabeth Wyatt Hoover and David Wyatt; and his sisters, Gaenell Wyatt Thomasson and Harriet Elizabeth Wyatt.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Moore Wyatt; his children, Pamela Wyatt Fenton (Ron), Deborah Wyatt Nunez (Andy) and Curtis Lee Wyatt (Tamara); his grandchildren, Claire Wyatt, Sydney Wyatt, Ashlynn Oliver, Keitha Webb, Ryan Otto, Heather Hendricks, Amanda Crawley, Stephen Nunez, Edward Nunez and Michael Nunez; his great grandchildren, Madison Oliver, Devin Oliver, Kendall Webb, Henry Webb, Savannah Otto, Dylan Otto, Shelton Hendricks, Paige Hendricks, Faith Mosco, Dominic Mosco, Brooklyn Crawley and Greyson Nunez; and his brothers, Walter Lee Wyatt (Margie) and Robert "Bob" Wyatt.
