He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Larkin Cassell and Alice Morrison Cassell; and his siblings, Roy Cassell, Jr., Pete Cassell, Paul Cassell, Bob Cassell and Jerolene LaRue.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Stowe Manning Cassell; his son Roy Darrell Manning, Sr.; his grandsons, Roy Darrell Manning, Jr. and Joshua Darrell Manning; his stepgrandsons, Blaine Reynolds and Bennett Reynolds; and his sisters, Barbara Blankenship, Maggie Mitchell and Martha Robertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the chapel.
