We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2020, at the age of 81, James Glenn Handy of Ridgeway, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clinton Handy and Mary Alice Dalton Handy; his daughter Teresa Ann Handy; and his siblings, Pauline H. Grady, George Handy, Leon Handy and Simon Amos Bowman.

He is survived by: his wife Arbra Fields Handy; his daughter Kathy Handy Cobb (Stuart); his stepchildren, Della Conway, Tina Smith, Aaron Adkins and Avery Adkins; his grandson Justin Cobb (Madison); his great grandchild Ruby Rae Cobb; and his siblings, Vera H. Golden, Dot Pigg, Marie Wright, Carol Stevens and Charlie Bowman.
