It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Rose Tolbert Sanders (Ridgeway, Virginia), who passed away on October 16, 2011, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas "Babe" and Virginia Martin Tolbert; her siblings, James Tolbert, Ann Clarke and Christine Isley; her grandsons, Christopher, Josh and Justin Sanders; and her daughter-in-law Julie Bibee Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sanders (Cindy) of Danville, VA, Charles Sanders of Reidsville, Bobby Sanders of Eden and Debbie Sanders of Eden; her grandchildren, Jason, Mitch Sanders, Danielle Palma, Melissa Howell and Sabrina Mueller; her great grandchildren, Triniti, Tianna Sanders, Nathan Palma and Valerie Howell; and her sisters, Ruth Richardson of Eden and Brenda Butner of Eden.
