He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harris and Ola Harris; and his sisters, Evelyn Slaughter (Carson) and Charline Jones (Andrew). He is survived by: his wife Christine S. Harris; his son Mike (Lisa); his grandchildren, Lauren Murray (Nate), Chad Harris (Heidi), Benjamin Harris (Christina), Grayson Harris and Hunter Harris (Morgan); and his nephew Ron Slaughter (Rose). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
