He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Henry Dalton and Katie Katherine Hairston Dalton; and his sister Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kellam Dalton; and his daughter Lisa Dalton. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
