He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee O'Dell and Cassie O'Dell; and his sister Carroll O. Eggleston. He is survived by: his children, Sandra O'Dell Nowlin (Rahn) of Eden, Jenny O'Dell Williams (Brad) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Michael Ray O'Dell of Ridgeway, VA; and his close friend Barbara Ann Tuggle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one step-grandchild.
