He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lester Draper and Gladys Parcell Draper; and his siblings, Shirley Agee, David Draper (Sonny) and Leslie R. Draper.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Handy Draper; and his sister Lemma Sue Cobbler.
