Penn (Ridgeway, Virginia), born in Stoneville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Martin and Lizzie Dalton Martin; her spouse Dallas Junior Penn; her son Robert Edward Penn; and her siblings, Burley Martin, Mozella M. Smith, Doris Bolden, Robert Lee, Glenn, Lindburg and Odell Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Junior Penn (Corene), Larry Penn (Hattie), Frank Penn (Bonnie), David Penn (Cassandra), Loretta Scales (Michael) of Martinsville Virginia and Sandra Gentry (Sidney) of Martinsville Virginia; and her brothers, James Martin (Ann) of Stoneville and Joe Louis Martin (Ann) of Stoneville. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
