She was predeceased by: her parents, John Penn Lamb and Cora Vashti Richardson Lamb; her siblings, William Lamb (Bill), John McCauley Lamb, Gurna Lamb, Earl Lamb, Woodrow W. Lamb, George Lamb, Franklin Lamb, James Mordecai Lamb, Cora Meredith Lanier and Jewel Stetler; and her husband Edward LeRoy Thornton.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela; her sister Bonnie Smith of Columbia Crossroads, PA; her granddaughters, Kimberly Watkins (Gregory) of Ridgeway, VA and April Matthews (Tyler) of Clarksville, TN; and her niece Mona Rae Bravo (Fernando) of Seagrove.
