He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed McDuffy Jones and Laura Payne Jones; his daughter Jennifer "Jenny" Jones; and his siblings, Gladys Jones, Graham Jones, B. C. Jones, Cecil Jones, Robert "Bob" Jones, Garland Jones, Jack Jones and Claude Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Loveleen Willard Jones; his daughter Linda Karen Jones-Neuman; his grandchildren, Diana Shelton, Michael Neuman and Timothy Neuman; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Shelton, Sophie Neuman and Emma Shelton.
