He was predeceased by: his father Harry P. Beard; and his siblings, Cynthia Robinson and Charles T. Beard. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda L. Casey and Daphne J. Campsey; and his granddaughters, Ashley N. Hodge and Hanna E. Sprinkle. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
