He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Rugg Caron; his son Gerard "Gerry" Caron of Mansfield, CT; his mother Lorraine C. Caron of Florida; his sisters, Suzanne Benoit of Florida and Rosanne Caron-Thompson of Florida; his stepchildren, Philip Richard, Tracy Bergin and Amy Bonney; and his father Gerard Caron. He was also cherished by three step-grandchildren.
