He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sherman Meeks and Cynthia Purdy Meeks; and his wife Judy E. Meeks. He is survived by: his son Carson N. Meeks; his stepsons, Robert Wayne Phipps and Garland Tracy Priddy; his sister Mary M. Lemons; and his granddaughter Desiree Gonzales Reyes.
