He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Pulliam and Ruby Gilley Pulliam Bingham. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Griffin Pulliam; his son Kevin Wayne Pulliam (Anita); his grandchildren, Quinton, Coley and Kevin, Jr.; and his siblings, A. C. Pulliam (Lois) and Lavern Robinson.
