She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Douglas (Keith), Jean Smart of Axton, VA, Jerry Lewis, III (Sandy) of Ridgeway, VA and Leonard Lewis (Beth) of Ridgeway, VA; her half-brother Tim Pyrtle of Eden; her nieces, Donna Sorochinski, Danielle Lewis and Lori Lewis; her nephew Joey Lewis; and her close friend Shirley Martin of Eden.
