He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hutchins Hamlett; his children, Mickie Powell (Andy), Anthony Hamlett (Karen), Vincent Hamlett (Sharon) and Dodson Hamlett (Angela); his grandchildren, Chris Pierson (Tracey), Nicole Carter (Kenneth), Andrew Powell, Adam Powell (Brooke Page), Katie Hamlett, Taryn Farmer, Cody Hamlett and Taylor Hamlett; his great grandchildren, Michael Carter, Mason Carter, Nathaniel Pierson, Autumn Pierson and Gavin Pierson; and his siblings, Gene Hamlett and Evelyn Brame (Willie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends he loved.
