He is survived by: his father Neil Hodge; his wife Angie Harris Hodge; his daughters, Susan Hodge Blackman (Doug), Beth Hodge Frace (David) and Kimberly Hodge Wheeler (Michael); his siblings, Sandy Hodge Davis (Jeremiah), Pam Hodge Ramsey (Billy), Judy Hodge Wachsmann (Otto) and Dan Barrow (Tanya); and his grandchildren, Ava Blackman, Rhett Blackman, Cecelia Frace, Henry Frace and Clara Wheeler.
