She was predeceased by: her father Charles Wesley Livengood; her daughter Pamela Ann Foley Harrison; and her siblings, Mary Frances Livengood Arnold, Norma Jean Hodge and Michael Thomas Livengood.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Foley; her son Doug Foley (Teresa); her brother C. W. Livengood, Jr. (Dana); her grandchildren, Ciji Lankford (Terry), Taylor Harrison (Brent), Brooke Alverson (Jay) and Jakob Foley; and her great grandchildren, Colton Alverson, Sadie Alverson, Zachary Lankford and Mackenzie Lankford.
