She is survived by: her husband Walter Pyrtle; her children, Tim Pyrtle, Len Lewis, Jerry Lewis III (Sandy), Linda Douglas (Keith), Cindy Lewis and Jean Smart; and her grandchildren, Donna Spence, Lori, Joey Lewis, Tristan Pyrtle, Lauren Pyrtle, Jordan Pyrtle and Danielle Eppard. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
