He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Jackson Bailey, Sr. and Almeda Holley Bailey; and his brother Brian Keith Bailey, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth and Jennifer Bailey; and his brother Jyles Creasey of Wentworth. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
