He is survived by: his children, Karen McDonald Parsons and Tim McDonald (Sherri); his sister Janet McDonald Tetterton (William); and his grandchildren, Christopher Neveu, Zachary Neveu and Cameron Elliott (Austin). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many friends.
