He was predeceased by: his parents, Posey Lester Baliles and Era Hatcher Baliles. He is survived by: his wife Frances Lee McGrady Baliles; his children, Stephanie Baliles Haas (Steven) of Ridgeway, VA, D. Blake Baliles (Tammy) of Stuart, VA and Tracy Baliles (Kelly) of Stuart, VA; his siblings, Mary Ellen Hill of Lawsonville, NC and Posey Baliles, Jr. of Buffalo Ridge, VA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Baliles, Julian Baliles, Casey Vipperman, Katina Coleman, Gracen Baliles, Bryce Handy and Alan Haas. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
