With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Newton Hartley of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on June 27, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna Jean Hartley; his parents, Armor Llewellyn and Mary Marguerite Greenstreet Hartley; and his sister Betty Ann Straus. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hartley and William E. Hartley (Maureen); his siblings, Mary Ellen Price (Bill) and Armor Llewellyn Hartley (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jack and Victor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
