He was predeceased by: his wife Jane E. Douglas; and his parents, Willard H. Douglas, Sr. and Thelma Brown Douglas. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert L. Douglas, Sr. (Hoagie), Joan D. Jordon (Charles), Gorell Douglas (Laura) and MSgt Earl Douglas (Roberta); his children, Willard, III and Wendelin; his sisters-in-law, Roberta Douglas and Laura Douglas; his nieces and nephews, Corlon D. Ford, Neverett A. Eggleston, III, Robert Douglas, Jr., Chris Brooks, Asolde F. Gillett, Robin Jordon, Jayne Jeanella Eggleston-Vann, Wanda Douglas, Toi D. Johnson, Santina D. Brutus and Ashley A. Eggleston; his cousin Teressa M. Bowles (Baby Sis); his pet Moses; and his friends, Leonard Venter and Rev. Samuel NeSmith.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church (1720 Mechanicsville Tpke, Richmond, VA 23223).
