He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker E. Braxton, Sr. and Hester E. Braxton. He is survived by: his children, Jeanelle Braxton Riddick (Paul Jr.), Warren E. Braxton, Jr. and Zsavai Page; his grandson Paul Riddick, III (Trey); his sisters, Jacquelin Richardson, Janet Woodson and JoAnn Braxton; his niece Brandy Braxton VanHorne (Victor); and his nephews, Scott Richardson (Tiffany) and Tramaun Whitehead.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
