She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Sherwood Jr. and Marie Isabelle Savage. She is survived by: her husband George Balgan; her daughters, Niki Martell and Tonya Martell Mitchell; her grandson Darien Martell; and her close friend Teresa Coats.
