It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Frances Falls Buchanan (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Falls and Margaret Falls; her brother Lee Roy Falls; and her husband Wellford "Buck" Buchanan, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Buchanan Lloyd (Jaime) and Eddie Buchanan (Tori); her grandchildren, Rhane Elder (Jordan Parsley), Willow Elder, Jacob Buchanan, Baylee Buchanan and Sam Lloyd (Noelle); and her friend Lauri Bailey Giles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
