He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Putze and Claudette Putze. He is survived by: his brother Robert (Jill); his nieces and nephews, Caroline and Robbie of Raleigh; his sister Alice (Samuel) of Richmond; and his nieces and nephews, Charles and Layne.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Boy Scouts of America or your favorite animal shelter.
