He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Peyton, II and Elizabeth Ann Stone Peyton; his wife Brenda Lewis Peyton; and his siblings, John H. Peyton, III and Andrea Peyton Sharpe.
He is survived by: his brother Donald Peyton; and his cousin Morton. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scott's Chapel (116 E. Brookland Park Blvd., 23222).
