He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola A. McFail and Thomas McFail Sr.; and his brother Richard E. McFail. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty J. Pettus, Marion L. McFail, Katie M. Studifin, Bessie M. Sykes (David), Valerie Milburn (Richard), Stephanie Jefferson (Lamont), Jaconda McFail and Donya McFail (Chanel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends.
