He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Weishaar and Francis Weishaar. He is survived by: his brother Gary Weishaar (Lynn); his nephews, Kurt (Maggie) and Nicholas (Leslie); his great-niece Rose; his great-nephew Henry; and his significant other Lynn Sarvis.
