He is survived by: his son Stanley "Larry" Lawrence (Trudy); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Crowder, Jazzlyn Victor (Maurice) and Stanley L. Taylor II; his great grandchildren, Folasade "Sade" Akkinagbe and Olayinka "YJ" Akkinagbe; his brothers-in-law, George Prue and Mark Brown (Joe); his uncles, Joseph and Paul Woody; his aunt Annie Johnson; and his friend Joan Williams. He is also survived by nieces, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Affinity Funeral Service (2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Bethesda Baptist Church.
