It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelley Marie McNeece of Richmond, Virginia, born in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Baum and Neita Ercelle Williams. She is survived by: her sister Kay Ball; her children, Jennifer Mickles (Dennis), Jamie and Dustin McNeece (Katie); her grandchildren, Alex, Justice, Ruthi, Austin, Brent, Kaden, Collin, Kylah, Paityn and Nevaeh; her great grandchildren, Nina, Kai and Leo; and her pets, Diva, River and Tessa.
