She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Kermit (Kim); her son Craig Kermit; and her grandson Ryan Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Groome (Jeanette), Laura Koontz and Tracey Walton (Robert); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Colton, Taylor (Ron), Kyle (Mary), Sarah (Joseph), Jacob (Storm) and Rachael (Douglas). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Canterbury Spiritual Center (1600 Westbrook Ave, Richmond, VA 23237).
