He was predeceased by: his former wife Beverly; his wife Yolanda; his son Timothy Rogers; and his daughter-in-law Susan Rogers. He is survived by: his sister Judy of Texas; his daughters, Karon Rogers of Henrico and Teresa Austin (Stephen) of Henrico; his stepdaughters, Monique Berke (Andy) and Meikan Etsudo Prado; his grandchildren, Andrea Rogers, Ian Rogers, Elizabeth Rogers, Chelsey Primdahl, Caleb Austin (Taylor) and Sarah Grace Austin; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Orly Berke, Elias and Diego Little; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian Ramirez, Jameson, Jonah Gonzales, Eden Reid and Evan Rogers. He is also survived by family and by his extended family.
